The next court date is November 13th at 4:00 PM.
The judge doesn’t ask if you plead “guilty” or “not guilty” to “fabricated” charges.
The Court Clerk does not send out a summons without looking for Probable Cause first.
The judge did not recommend mediation for “fabricated” charges. Nor did he put an asterisk next to them in the court record and transcript when dismissing them at my request as “fabricated”

What prompted Rauhauser to stalk Michelle was the fact that in 2010 she joined Twitter and defended Greg Howard against the bullying he was putting up with. Loads of stuff in this video which show that even leftists were disgusted Rauhauser’s tactics and self-admitting coordination with the beandogs which he used alongside his Twitter api manipulation aimed at politics.
This isn’t about Brett Kimberlin so much. Brett Kimberlin came later. He messed with Breitbart so of course Mandy was more concerned with that problem than she was Twittergate.
Rauhauser first gunned for Howard then Patrick Read who was the one who told Michelle of the abuse against Howard and his children. Then Rauhauser gunned for Patrick Read, sending him extortion emails aimed at the fiance which we have copies of. Coincide that with the numerous extortion threats he’s aimed at every single enemy on his blog, and you’ve got proof of at attempts of suppression of free speech. Then hacking twitter accounts to see Michelle’s private conversations, posting them under the name @OccupyRebellion, that account NOT being suspended and the @ZAPEM being suspended, you’ve got a lot more.
The hunting down ZAPEM maps, the calls to every police department and relatives in the state of New Jersey, this girl has taken just about as much, if not more, than Greg Howard. Howard had letters sent about him to all sorts of agencies. There’s a pattern. And for what? Having a Twitter account and being a conservative. Did I mention how he hates Christians and religion too? He has a passionate hate especially for Catholics. Call out that evidence and this jackass will twist it into you having a persecution complex. Anything to deflect what he’s done.
But anyway, she gets emailed after walking away a year later because Mike Stack was just SWATted and it coincides with Rauhauser accusing Mike of hacking Anthony Weiner’s account and planting the lewd pictures in his YFrog account. She’s called back because of what she knows about Rauhauser after investigating him due to his non-stop stalking of her. (I get called in to figure out SWATting stuff and since I’m awesome, I find awesome stuff!) Mike presses charges against Rauhauser and he winds up with three bench warrants. Rauhauser comes up with come cocking-bull-crap thing called Kookpalypse as a deflection to his own crimes and mails it off to every PD and FBI/Infragard person he can find. (Now there’s a WTF moment for you.) The whole thing becomes so involved, the judge in Montgomery Township, NJ offers mediation but astericks the thing because he knows he hasn’t seen the half of it.
Rauhauser breaks mediation and winds up with another warrant which is still active. He makes a blog creating alibi after fictitious alibi which only adds to the evidence coming against him. Anyone notice he has no evidence of crimes? Anyone notice we do?
This is more than municipal and “barking dog” complaints, guys. This is federal and the feds are looking for evidence we’ve got and Rauhauser knows it.
The only reason we’ve let him yap his trap as long as he has is to build the solid case this is. Make sure you copy every post on that blog of his. Nauseating as it is, I know. I’ll take care of giving them the rest and we won’t be divulging it until after he’s in jail where he belongs along with sanctions to the rest of them who helped, Mr. Martin. Being a fraud liar too many times will bite you in the ass too. We don’t forget. ZAPEM is a group of people you’ll regret messing with.

Hear, hear! Same thing. I avoided neal like cancer, even after he wrote scurrilous blog posts on Kos accusing me of stupid conspiracies.
I paid him no attention at all until he texted and CALLED ME, in the dead of night, making conspiratorial insinuations and following up with demands I spy on his enemies and threats to ruin my career.
He accuses me of nonsense with Zapem, but the truth is, i never met her until he started harassing me, and I went to her knowing she could tell me what he was all about. Oops!
Now he spends two weeks contacting local LE spinning false victim tales, not realizing he is way too late, and they are expecting him. (He tried the omg mental patient nonsense, too. I have a clean bill of health, mental and otherwise, as required for that career he wants to ruin, but doesn’t even know of…)
Kelly is another of the same sort, and the two of them colluding to tie together their great conspiracies ™ and double down on the harassment just makes it far easier for LE.
He forced his way into ZAPEM’s life by putting her on a hit list then hunting her down for years due to her political persuasion and guts. She responded by looking up his pathetic ass. Had every right to do it. Now he’s playing copycat accusations with the “stalker/harasser” routine when he knows damn well he did the stalking, he did the harassing and he provoked every minute of it. After two years, then hacking into her Twitter account and boasting about getting it suspended, attacking people who never even heard of him before, interfering in their businesses and jobs, crackpot lies from the guy with the criminal record (which is coming out soon), their children, illegally, the end is in sight. Civilly, criminally and federally.
Say hi to Kelly, Neal. She was a lot of help! The FBI was very interested in it, especially when a formal complaint has been made. Even the ones in NJ where the water is so, how you say again?, toxinated?

Thanks Mike. There’s also a profile for “Nikki Reid” on his blog where he said they were most definitely fakes and frauds. But, if you read his comments then, he had them suing AND winning hundreds of thousands of dollars for what they were put through. That’s why I did this blog. Just to immortalize those things forever.
The reality is that you can spin all the rest of the other fools into the mix, but he was accusing me of hacking Anthony Weiner first. I filed my charges based on his harassment of me, end of story.
Got an email from an ex-friend of his saying he had a 16 year alcoholism problem. Not sure if he fell off the wagon or what but that would explain a few things. Trying to get confirmation of that and some other stuff that would also explain why he wants to get everyone he doesn’t like committed. Doesn’t look like his former counsel of record likes him either. Talk about burning bridges and the evidence that fell out of that pile of ashes. They’re running like rats from the burning ship, the S.S. Rauhauser is sinking fast.
