I’ve heard the interview, I’ve read the article. Over and over again. Certain statements stand out and depending on the context of these statements, some things are factually incorrect or just outright silly.
A list of some of the things that I have noted/thought:
-no helicopters hovering during my incident
-not one suspect said ” I killed my wife….and I’m on the left”
-what law enforcement dude or dudette told Andrew Breitbart he was the number one target of Anonymous? Was it a Domestic Violence detective in Virginia?
-I do not know of a Sci-fi novel that has SWAT teams showing up at parent’s homes and knocking people down at gunpoint, unless they came from a UFO and you could twist them into different characters.
-June 23rd, 2011 this event happened. It was never reported on any of the BIGS sites, nor was it ever shown any interest. (to the best of my recollection). Had it been widely reported on, like the WEINERGATE scandal, perhaps some friends of the BIGS might have been able to help.
-it became larger than life, with the importance focused away from the people it truly affected, and was turned into a sound bite. If it were to give national prominence and hundreds of thousands of hits to the BIGS, would it have been discussed and/or doggedly pursued?
-My answer? If it didn’t help the BIGS and their agendas, then they weren’t going to help anyone. And that’s the pattern that my experiences have followed with the BIGS and a handful of people who I have never met in person from there.
And that will lead us back to the post from yesterday…

A long time ago I did, based on a ten second clip they found from him being interviewed on the internet. This was also when I took everything that Pat and Mandy said as the truth and I actually trusted them.

He told the police that he was “a blogger”..Can you ask Pat about that? Pat has a 1001 excuses as to what happened that night, making it seem like there was a huge gap in time during the call.
I have posted a police report that states all the facts and everything I told the police. Pat has done NONE of that.

I have emails from mike from last summer that indicate that while he was certainly considering Pat’s indication that Ron was the caller, he was not at all sure of that. He told me why he wasn’t yet ruling out Ron and primarily it was not about the sound of the caller’s voice.
I also have an email from Mike from last year at the height of his falling-out with Ron (I mean those guys were at each others’ throats), that says that he DOES NOT think Ron is the caller. He also told me around that time that he actually “like”-d Ron and thought he was a “nice guy”. If Mike didn’t say these things publicly at that time, I know that he had good reasons not to and I know what those reasons were.

UPDATE: Lee Stranahan may be completely right about his theory that a woman with the initials “JG” is behind everything that has happened. He really may. But I have been reading his posts, and listening to his radio show with the yowling cat, and I know he has been saying and implying things about me that are simply not accurate. I have tried to remain silent about this, but I am listening to his radio show from last night and hearing how he misrepresents my position on all of this, and I can remain silent no longer.
I disabled his account here at patterico.com on Thursday night, after I read this post of his, in which he ridiculously accused me of providing JohnReid9 with an uncritical platform to spout lies:

I decided to remain silent about it, until I fully listened to his latest radio show, where he discussed private communications with me, and continued to portray my positions in a misleading fashion.

I used to be in awe and respect of the “Breitbart” genre. The fact of the matter is that The Left targets Breitbart out of hatred, without giving an obective once-over. I have had ample time to tally up the experiences and I can honestly say that I’m sorry that I ever defended Breitbart to the extent I did.
