There are lots of things bothering me with the SWATTING incident from Day One until this very moment. Many things just do not add up. In hindsight, these things stick out:
There were too many outside forces at play , too much interest in my information, some (now) weird LE choices brought in , and refusals to coöperate.
To top it all off, why did I have to discover certain things now when they should have been shared with me as easily as my information was being shared with other parties at the time? It almost seems like these facts and/or events were kept from me.
Here is the {UNREDACTED} version of the police report towards the end of this investigation in Montgomery Township, NJ. This case is closed here. I am pursuing other options with The Readington Police Department where the call was actually taken. The Discovery process has just begun.
Note: “Stranahan”should not be included on the line that also mentions the Fairfax County Sheriff’s Department. According to reports and emails, it is another individual named “ACE”.

With the JG police report, ask your lawyer Mike to get the police to hand over their surveilance video. See if it resembles Michele Kerr. But according to Lee, Darrah is the mastermind that orchatsrated one of the biggest political scandals. Ron is to blame too. Everyone else is to blame except for your friends, Lee.
Lee wants us to believe his theories but he never got a copy of the police report about his own case. Am I also right that he still hasn’t told any of us the name of the dectecive he talked to? What are you hiding Lee? Since you still haven’t produced a report for any of us or even the name of a detective, why should any of us believe that you were targeted by JG?
You also want us to believe that Darrah was the criminal mastermind that orchastrated all of this. The only person here that even knew her is Mike and he’s already said he doesn’t believe the DF angle. Are you so willing to blame all of this on her because you believe she’s @OccupyRebellion who has been so critical of Mike, Andrew, Pat, and Mandy? I thought you wanted to find the truth but you’re muddying the waters even more.
Go back on the timelines and look at all the timestamps of when DF and every Weinergate sock that existed. For someone who has close to 30k tweets, do you really think DF had the time to orchastrate all the Weinergate socks? For someone who was so into porn, why would anyone think she plotted against Weiner, also a liberal?
Mandy is now attacking Mike linking him to MMFA and ThinkProgress. That alone might be evidence enough to prove her involvement in this coverup where she’s trying to save herself and Pat. Everyone is speaking for Pat while he hasn’t said a word. Would anyone be surprised if Mike’s own friends were the ones who swatted him? They’re now turning on their friend because he’s trying to find out the truth. I know you don’t want to hear this Mike but why are they now linking you to MMFA and holding back the information you’ve been asking for 11 months? They might have swatted you so they could scare you, control the situation more and hold back the information you’ve been trying to get. Two Deputy DA’s and their children were swatted but no one would file a report?
It doesn’t disprove anything if you also go back and read the converation between all parties that day. Mandy has been calling out Mike all week in front of her followers and how she can’t understand why he’s doing this. Pat won’t say a word, Mandy brings up MMFA, and Lee blames Ron and Darrah. The ones sowing confusion are them.
I’ll also say that the introduction of Ron into this story has produced nothing but more confusion and fighting as far as I can tell. And the story was already confusing enough.
You haven’t done a thing to help anyone Lee. So I don’t know where you get off attacking Ron. Many things would never have been discovered if it wasn’t for him.
For someone with 5 kids at the time, how could you let go of this story when your own family could have been swatted? Pat lies about his family being swatted but you never thought the same thing could happen to your family? Pat and his wife never went through with the investigation. It’s plain as day that they were never swatted. She must read her husband’s site. Her friends must also read his site. But no one asked her how are the kids and why hasn’t she filed any charges? Why would the wife go along with this?
For someone who thinks of himself as a journalist, you can’t say you didn’t follow through on a story because you lost interest. It’s your job. Especially when it concerns your own family after you were “threatened.”
Unless you’re lying again to protect your friends. If you were really threatened by anyone, you really are a sad individual to cover up for them just so you can have friends.
I think David is whoever rungs the Breitbartunmask Twitter account. My guess is that it’s that terrorist loser or his buddy. Of course, I could be wrong.

Someone should prove something.Because by saying Ron’s guilty of BOTH calls, they are insinuating that he’s guilty of mine. Not allowing me to see this rock solid evidence is obstructing an investigation that they could end or STFU about already.

Ace is friends with the same congressman that Weiner turned in. Grimm is also a former FBI agent. Let’s ask Pat if he’s also pals with Ace’s pal. Pat will never answer while Mandy will accuse us of being a part of MMFA and Think Progress. Let’s see who else was also at that march

I never even called her….
She didn’t post my email to her about those weird DMs and Patterico never said shit about them even though I sent them to him last July.
That same day, earlier, she favorited a tweet I made. She is not an innocent in Weinergate. She is a 4chan prankster.

There are many strange red-herrings and convergences, and any numer of persons who might have trailed Weiner’s twitter feed, from political opponents, annoyed former or concurrent “contacts” (gay or straight), of himself or his wife….
At one time I thought identifying Broussard’s friend and Breitbart solicitor might shed some light.
But of all the possibilities, “Crazy with a grudge” has always been top of my list and Darrah fits the profile.
Let’s lay out just one set of facts about locations.
Darrah Ford claims to be in Boston. Dan Wolfe / PatriotUSA told Mike that ‘he’ was near Cape Cod. The real Jennifer George who filed a police report against me was in Boston.
The Jennifer George I spoke with on the phone lied and said she was in Los Angeles. The Reids were in Los Angeles and showed Tommy Christopher ID to back that up.
Jennifer George is an aspiring screenwriter who lied and told me on the phone she was going to UCLA. Jennifer George did study screenwriting with Lew Hunter, who is a professor emeritus at UCLA — but she took a seminar with him in Nebraska, not L.A. as far as I can tell. Still — this explains the L.A. connection in her mind.
Also – Darrah, Wolfe, John Reid, Nikki Reid and Jennifer George ALL have the same MO in dealing with people — buttering them up and saying how smart they are. They did this to Mike, me, Ron, Pat, Tommy, Ladd, Jen Preston — the list goes on and on.
This stuff all makes JG the #1 person of interest, in my opinion.Yet her skill at social engineering completely took her out of the running and got everyone mad at everyone else — and SUSPICIOUS of everyone else.
Everyone – CUT IT OUT. Please — focus on the one REAL person we know exists and we know was up to shenanigans. Run down THAT lead. See where THAT goes.

A very popular anonymous blogger lives in Boston and his site is owned by a very strange woman who lives in California who used to write very strange pro-Dem articles for an anti-Kerry blog and is notorious for using socks on the internet. This blogger uses CAPS ALOT IN HIS CRAZY TWEETS and apparently refused to give his real name to police so they could probe an alleged threat.
This same very popular and extremely sexist blogger (who is bad at math since his twitter name suggests that Obama ate a dog since being elected president) also has a very findable page on the internet asking people to support a NY congressman who Rep Weiner allegedly reported to the FBI in 2010.
Two Washington-based lawyers supporting President Bush’s re-election have registered an advocacy group, Football Fans for Truth, as a Section 527 organization allowed to accept unlimited political donations.
“Actually, I think I remember a time during our phone call when you either left or had your service disrupted about 45 minutes into our hour-long call the morning of July 1. It only lasted 3-5 minutes. Is that what you’re talking about?”
That is a complete and utter lie. And any reasonable person could tell it was a lie since no one would stay on the phone for 3-5 minutes during such an event..they would hang up and call back.
Also,
Dustin, Mandy and others have been told by Patterico that he has secret evidence that proves I am behind the swattings. But they don’t ask for proof before they smear me. I bet Lee was told that, too.
Why is Patterico lying about this SWATting? And why do all his pals pretend that writing contradictory stuff for ten months and being too chickenshit to provide any details is weird and strange.

I’m not going to attack Patterico in any way here. He’s a victim and I consider him a friend..
I believe the person behind the SWAT calls was the person who reported me to the police — the person who showed ID that said Jennifer George.
Neither Pat or Mike seem to agree with me. They are the victims here and they both have reasons for believing what they do, so I just agree to disagree.
But I personally believe that the whole investigation derailed when it lost focus on Jennifer George — and that if LE didn’t pursue JG as the number one lead, they missed the boat. So I’m saying — the boat was derailed. Figure that one out.
It would be nice if you explained why you stopped reporting on this and why you absurdly never requested the Boston report. And it would be nice if you told us what the hell Patterico was writing about Dan Riehl, as well, as alluded to in your twitter battle.

This report is clearly in reference to the Alicia Pain emails, not the swatting. Where’s the other half of it? This appears to only be the first page. I think you may be confusing people with this post, as it implies that it’s the swatting, when that’s not what it is.

Why didn’t Patrick Frey report the Alicia Pain threat to his local police department? Did he tell his bosses at the District Attorneys office? How would he know how his local PD would react if he didn’t report it?
How come Ace has no report even though a Virginia detective worked on his case and spoke to FBI and Patrick Frey? Did Frey EVER report the threat?
Why is there a Virginia detective involved in this case when Ace appears to live in Boston? Did Ace refuse to give his real name? Why didn’t Patterico use his real name and report the Alicia Pain threat to his local police?
Since Stack was SWATted on June 23rd, wouldn’t Patterico be potentially impeding a criminal investigation by refusing to report his threat? Why didn’t anyone subpoena yahoo over these threat emails that Stack wasn’t sent?

I am going to clear up a lot of the fairy tales of agencies working together later and try to figure out why Domestic Violence Investigators were talking to us.

In no way, shape or form am I tying the comments in the police reports to strictly ONE incident. In this piece that I have posted, I am making a few points:
A pattern, starting from Day One, ( now being discovered) of me giving information, reports, etc., but rarely being afforded the same courtesy.
I have a pretty good idea of the arguments that could arise from that statement , but I will address that in a post.
Would it not make sense that DV investigators were assigned because the swat-call alleged domestic abuse (your recently committed “murder”) and a. they might have suspected a disgruntled person or b. received communications from Swatterpersoncentral that you were somehow entangled in a domestic dispute?
No…The Boston detective Thornton was assigned to the Boston Jennifer George/Stranahan “incident” while the Detective Melissa Wallace was brought in by Patterico to help enlist the help of the FBI in the summer of 2011. And anything that happened with me was 2004, charges were dropped, and I think someone from NJ may have been the lead in looking at it. Just my two cents on that fact. Nice to see/hear from you Sarah….
I admit some confusion about who exactly, and from what jurisdiction, DV investigators were assigned.
I didn’t mean to imply anything from 2004 came in to play. I meant instead that in 2011, the nature of the swat call (though very obviously a false report!) alleged a crime that would fit under the heading of domestic violence.
It’s only my speculation that some additional communication was made by “crazy with a grudge” (whoever that might be) alleging that you were involved in some sort of domestic abuse. I have no information that there was.
Since CWAG will say and do anything (and I am convinced it’s whoever pretended to be a Dan Wolfe) to harrass or punish you, including placing your very life, that of any third parties in the vicinity, and the police officers themselves, in danger, they would not be beyond making wild claims.
And in the alternative, Domestic Violence investigators might simply be the usual one’s assigned to cases of stalking and harassment, since they are so commonly associated with erotomania or relationships gone wrong, &c. They would have the knowlege and tools to track an abuser that some other detectives might lack.

Since there was no “domestic violence” aspect to the Alicia Pain email that the Virginia detective was working on with Patterico and Ace…your speculation is all wrong.
Why don’t you go ask questions to Patterico? You’ve been awful fucking quiet for ten months. Don’t pretend you care now. Mike has proven he contacted police while your pal hasn’t.
Instead of smearing Mike Stack on the twitter, why don’t you give him the names of alleged detectives who are working on Patterico’s alleged swatting since you are his number one defender.
Impeding a police investigation is a serious crime. And Mike Stack isn’t going to stop until he figures out why so many people are shilling for a dude who must be the most cowardly deputy district attorney on the planet…except when it comes to publishing a woman’s social security number, I guess.

At first glance, I got the impression this report pertains to day one of the swatting incident. But I think most of these entries are about the Alicia Pain emails. Patrick didn’t believe his local police department would be able to do anything to resolve those weird emails, and this entry refers to a conversation prior to June 29 2011 if these entries are chronological. Might I ask what date these entries were made? It should say so in the report. Of course after the swattings these earlier issues should have become part of the investigation (I do not know if they did, but hopefully so). This would explain why they are talking about Ace, who received an Alicia Pain email.
Could you please release the full report, redacting names and other sensitive information like that? I’m reading comments suggesting this language is saying someone who was swatted did not report it to police. Even that idea is a little confusing. How could someone be swatted and the police not know about it? Why would a detective describe it like that? The answer is that that entry isn’t about a swatting that hadn’t occurred yet. We both know that the victim of that latter swatting did contact law enforcement. To Say The Least.
It goes without saying that because these swattings were not publicized until they all happened, whoever was responsible for one was probably (I say definitely) involved in them all. This is a serious crime that could have gotten children killed. Anyone who can help law enforcement needs to do so.
Catch whoever was responsible so they are sent to prison for what they did.

I know for sure that I wrote you about that specifically. You heard about that directly from me months ago. In fact, I thought I explained it better in that email than I ever have anywhere else, so it’s annoying if you didn’t read that. I have done my best to make sure you’re as informed as anyone because you’re the victim of a swatting and I don’t want to muddy the waters regarding Dan because that is a pertinent aspect of this story.
I started that account when Weinergate first emerged because I didn’t have any account to follow the story with, and a lot of it seemed to be happening on twitter. So I needed an account and I picked myname because it bugged me seeing people try to say that “dan” and Mike Stack were horrible people who hacked Weiner and smeared Weiner. I saw a vengeance campaign building and I wanted to stand against that. And I still stand against that campaign.
I saw how they attacked you and I didn’t want that to happen to “dan”. It was clear from day one that because Weiner was not demanding an investigation of the hacking, he was not actually hacked. Eventually Weiner confessed, but everyone (sane) knew well before that.
I did not see “Dan” as anything worse than some guy who noticed something newsworthy about a congressman. I realize I was mistaken.
Later on, in June, I learned from Lee that Dan’s behavior was not something I should support. But I had this twitter account that was supporting him. So I shut it down. I wrote a tweet explaining that. I learned of the swattings on July 7, weeks after I had shut down that account. It’s not like this account did anything dishonest or attacked you whatsoever. I made some jokes at Weiner’s expense, and offered my typical comments. I supported the guys that were being insanely accused of hacking Weiner.
AFTER the email where I explained that to you, I asked you if there was anything I needed to explain and you emailed:

I’ve defended you from day one out of the goodness of my heart. You have my word on this. That’s been my angle. Right and wrong. The swatters (assuming a few people conspired) are “bad guys”. They could have gotten you or other victims, including children, killed. They need to seek redemption spiritually. They have yet to pay their debt to society.
I had nothing to do with Weinergate other than offering opinions about the story after it emerged. I was disappointed in Anthony Weiner (Though I have very different politics from him, I thought he was a totally different sort of person than the sleazy guy he turned out to be), but I am not losing sleep worrying about such issues as congressional sex scandals. That part of this story got old really quickly.

I called the local sheriff’s office (I think) and I call within a couple of hours of finding out. Trust but verify and all that. I don’t know who I talked to — whoever answered the phone. It was the middle of the night.

The A Pain threats were stupid – and (I’m only specalating here) not worth the spectacular inconvenience of honoring with a response, especially since the local PD gave him the brush off.

Darrah Ford claims to be in Boston. Dan Wolfe / PatriotUSA told Mike that ‘he’ was near Cape Cod. The real Jennifer George who filed a police report against me was in Boston.
The Jennifer George I spoke with on the phone lied and said she was in Los Angeles. The Reids were in Los Angeles and showed Tommy Christopher ID to back that up.
Jennifer George is an aspiring screenwriter who lied and told me on the phone she was going to UCLA. Jennifer George did study screenwriting with Lew Hunter, who is a professor emeritus at UCLA — but she took a seminar with him in Nebraska, not L.A. as far as I can tell. Still — this explains the L.A. connection in her mind.
Also – Darrah, Wolfe, John Reid, Nikki Reid and Jennifer George ALL have the same MO in dealing with people — buttering them up and saying how smart they are. They did this to Mike, me, Ron, Pat, Tommy, Ladd, Jen Preston — the list goes on and on.
This stuff all makes JG the #1 person of interest, in my opinion.Yet her skill at social engineering completely took her out of the running and got everyone mad at everyone else — and SUSPICIOUS of everyone else.

Why didn’t Patrick Frey report the Alicia Pain threat to his local police department? Did he tell his bosses at the District Attorneys office? How would he know how his local PD would react if he didn’t report it?
How come Ace has no report even though a Virginia detective worked on his case and spoke to FBI and Patrick Frey? Did Frey EVER report the threat?
Why is there a Virginia detective involved in this case when Ace appears to live in Boston? Did Ace refuse to give his real name? Why didn’t Patterico use his real name and report the Alicia Pain threat to his local police?
Since Stack was SWATted on June 23rd, wouldn’t Patterico be potentially impeding a criminal investigation by refusing to report his threat? Why didn’t anyone subpoena yahoo over these threat emails that Stack wasn’t sent?
Why didn’t Ace report the threat to his local police station and give his real name after Stack was swatted?

Can you please definitively say that Patrick Frey was swatted on June 30, ,2011 and that you have spoken to detectives to verify that they have an active ongoing investigation?
I am going to clear up a lot of the fairy tales of agencies working together later and try to figure out why Domestic Violence Investigators were talking to us.
Also a Patch.com strange link to a comely coed and a investigator in our case.

No.
In no way, shape or form am I tying the comments in the police reports to strictly ONE incident. In this piece that I have posted, I am making a few points:
A pattern, starting from Day One, ( now being discovered) of me giving information, reports, etc., but rarely being afforded the same courtesy.
I have a pretty good idea of the arguments that could arise from that statement , but I will address that in a post.
Would it not make sense that DV investigators were assigned because the swat-call alleged domestic abuse (your recently committed “murder”) and a. they might have suspected a disgruntled person or b. received communications from Swatterpersoncentral that you were somehow entangled in a domestic dispute?
No…The Boston detective Thornton was assigned to the Boston Jennifer George/Stranahan “incident” while the Detective Melissa Wallace was brought in by Patterico to help enlist the help of the FBI in the summer of 2011. And anything that happened with me was 2004, charges were dropped, and I think someone from NJ may have been the lead in looking at it. Just my two cents on that fact. I admit some confusion about who exactly, and from what jurisdiction, DV investigators were assigned.
I didn’t mean to imply anything from 2004 came in to play. I meant instead that in 2011, the nature of the swat call (though very obviously a false report!) alleged a crime that would fit under the heading of domestic violence.
It’s only my speculation that some additional communication was made by “crazy with a grudge” (whoever that might be) alleging that you were involved in some sort of domestic abuse. I have no information that there was.
Since CWAG will say and do anything (and I am convinced it’s whoever pretended to be a Dan Wolfe) to harrass or punish you, including placing your very life, that of any third parties in the vicinity, and the police officers themselves, in danger, they would not be beyond making wild claims.
And in the alternative, Domestic Violence investigators might simply be the usual one’s assigned to cases of stalking and harassment, since they are so commonly associated with erotomania or relationships gone wrong, &c. They would have the knowlege and tools to track an abuser that some other detectives might lack.
My misunderstanding on that.

If “Stranahan” = Ace, it’s certainly partly about the Alicia pain emails. Which were silly enough not to do much with.

Instead of smearing Mike Stack on the twitter, why don’t you give him the names of alleged detectives who are working on Patterico’s alleged swatting since you are his number one defender.
Impeding a police investigation is a serious crime. And Mike Stack isn’t going to stop until he figures out why so many people are shilling for a dude who must be the most cowardly deputy district attorney on the planet…except when it comes to publishing a woman’s social security number, I guess.

At first glance, I got the impression this report pertains to day one of the swatting incident. But I think most of these entries are about the Alicia Pain emails. Patrick didn’t believe his local police department would be able to do anything to resolve those weird emails, and this entry refers to a conversation prior to June 29 2011 if these entries are chronological. Might I ask what date these entries were made? It should say so in the report. Of course after the swattings these earlier issues should have become part of the investigation (I do not know if they did, but hopefully so). This would explain why they are talking about Ace, who received an Alicia Pain email.
Could you please release the full report, redacting names and other sensitive information like that? I’m reading comments suggesting this language is saying someone who was swatted did not report it to police. Even that idea is a little confusing. How could someone be swatted and the police not know about it? Why would a detective describe it like that? The answer is that that entry isn’t about a swatting that hadn’t occurred yet. We both know that the victim of that latter swatting did contact law enforcement. To Say The Least.
It goes without saying that because these swattings were not publicized until they all happened, whoever was responsible for one was probably (I say definitely) involved in them all. This is a serious crime that could have gotten children killed. Anyone who can help law enforcement needs to do so.
Catch whoever was responsible so they are sent to prison for what they did.

I know for sure that I wrote you about that specifically. You heard about that directly from me months ago. In fact, I thought I explained it better in that email than I ever have anywhere else, so it’s annoying if you didn’t read that. I have done my best to make sure you’re as informed as anyone because you’re the victim of a swatting and I don’t want to muddy the waters regarding Dan because that is a pertinent aspect of this story.
I started that account when Weinergate first emerged because I didn’t have any account to follow the story with, and a lot of it seemed to be happening on twitter. So I needed an account and I picked myname because it bugged me seeing people try to say that “dan” and Mike Stack were horrible people who hacked Weiner and smeared Weiner. I saw a vengeance campaign building and I wanted to stand against that. And I still stand against that campaign.
I saw how they attacked you and I didn’t want that to happen to “dan”. It was clear from day one that because Weiner was not demanding an investigation of the hacking, he was not actually hacked. Eventually Weiner confessed, but everyone (sane) knew well before that.
I did not see “Dan” as anything worse than some guy who noticed something newsworthy about a congressman. I realize I was mistaken.
Later on, in June, I learned from Lee that Dan’s behavior was not something I should support. But I had this twitter account that was supporting him. So I shut it down. I wrote a tweet explaining that. I learned of the swattings on July 7, weeks after I had shut down that account. It’s not like this account did anything dishonest or attacked you whatsoever. I made some jokes at Weiner’s expense, and offered my typical comments. I supported the guys that were being insanely accused of hacking Weiner.
AFTER the email where I explained that to you, I asked you if there was anything I needed to explain and you emailed:

I’ve defended you from day one out of the goodness of my heart. You have my word on this. That’s been my angle. Right and wrong. The swatters (assuming a few people conspired) are “bad guys”. They could have gotten you or other victims, including children, killed. They need to seek redemption spiritually. They have yet to pay their debt to society.
I had nothing to do with Weinergate other than offering opinions about the story after it emerged. I was disappointed in Anthony Weiner (Though I have very different politics from him, I thought he was a totally different sort of person than the sleazy guy he turned out to be), but I am not losing sleep worrying about such issues as congressional sex scandals. The A Pain threats were stupid – and (I’m only specalating here) not worth the spectacular inconvenience of honoring with a response, especially since the local PD gave him the brush off.

sarah’s right. A Pain emails = The stuff of really bad TV movies. Not the thing to bring to big city detectives dealing with real crimes, real dead kids’ moms, unless you like being laughed at, especially if you need them to take you seriously at work. Sleepy suburban sheriffs might be more accommodating.
