Update: On Friday, February 17,2012, I noticed that certain Scribd files were “deleted” in my account. This was very strange,to say the least. I never received an email from Scribd saying that I violated any TOS or any type of rule at all. I have another email into them now, so stand by for an update on this. It does irk me, however, that some can make fake Scribd lawsuits and accusations and they stand, but somehow my account was compromised. Strange though? Not even an email to me about this?
I never posted under the name “lovely1” (fka privateeye/avenger08) on XPT.
This can all be proven with screenshots [Registration info, IP address, e-mail address (scroll down)] and lack of the same from my accusers.
Also, Neal Rauhauser mentions that I posted her test results somewhere in the forum. This is the HIPAA Violation that they are publicly accusing me of. Please locate these for me. Screenshots? Legal papers served on the forum? Lawyer who served them? Anything? I’ve NEVER posted any illegally purchased medical records on the internet.
This all just makes me wonder if Mr Rauhauser added this tiny treasure to the supporting data on his filed “report ” to the MPD Detectives?
I also did not impersonate her dead father and sent her private messages on the forum.
Unforunately I’m also way too derpy and unskilled to make any photoshop montages showing extreme graphic violence towards Mrs Grandmason. Eh, “electrostatic”?

I know this is an old topic, but HIPPA only applies to medical personnel, caretakers, government employees, and anyone specifically working with medical information. It doesn’t apply to bloggers. Otherwise the Enquirer would be sued everytime it broke a story about celebrities who are suffering from cancer or it posted hospital pics of famous people.
Neal is an intellectual monkey. You have to remember everything he says is a lie. EVERYTHING. If anything coming out of his mouth happens to coincide with the truth…it’s by sheer accident. He doesn’t actually mean to be honest.
If someone wants info to be seen by others, why is it done as a torrent instead of scribd or other simpler means?
When someone DLs a torrent, does their IP address get shared back as a seeder or otherwise? Could that IP be used, among other things, to see if someone is seeding unrelated copyrighted materials?
Certainly a torrent, if not this one (I haven’t checked – I don’t have any filesharing software installed) but the next or another one, could contain spyware, trojans, keyloggers, and the like designed to infiltrate users’ computers. These guys seem to be proud of their knowledge of tricky technology — and they surely know a lot more than I do.
One need only search for the latest Harry Potter movie on a torrent site to find results that are unusually small files (for a movie) that will earn them a badly infected computer if they’re downloaded.
So the next time they put out one of these torrents, or the time after that, watch out for the risk catching some nasties. I’m sure they’ll be tweeting “EPIC FAIL! LULZ!”
