Dear Congressmen…

… why is your House of Representatives IP being used to send “DERPY” messages to my blog?

This message was sent to the blog the other day.  What popped out for me was the “” insertion next to the IP number.  I asked around and found out some interesting information.

The IP is part of a net range designated to the U.S. House of Representatives.  The IP and the reverse DNS resolves to:

While the complaint in the Wikipedia scenario centers around pages being changed by Congress or members of staff, Neal Rauhauser stoops to an all time low for trying to intimidate me using their equipment paid for by the American taxpayers. This incident has been reported to the Capitol Police.

Derpy, according to the urban dictionary, means:

To be inefficient, slow, unable, inexperienced, not working correctly, stupid, naïve, etc. A word that usually takes the place of “retarded.”  That’s odd because according to Neal Rauhauser, I’m the brainchild responsible for hacking Anthony Weiner’s account and planting pictures of his underwear in his YFrog account.  DERP!

Not going to say much here, but NR’s recent blog post about SUCCESS was debunked late last week when a meeting with the Prosecutor’s office, victims and the FBI upscaled to the Federal level.

    Expect action.

Meanwhile, I needed this thread for the enormous evidence folder we’ve collected for the victims recently added to NR’s sick circle, kudos of another sick, disgruntled fuckhead named Brooks Anthony Martin who holds vendettas against women who refuse to join his Federalist cult and whereby both think it’s ok to lash out at anyone associated or known to them maliciously. Both of these assholes and their lies will be coming to an end shortly. Endangering the lives of minors will not be tolerated let alone the accusations aimed at them together with stalking down their schools and residences. Deal with the angry momma bears who never heard of you until now. From what I heard, the FBI didn’t think it was so funny either and both Dallas and Washington D.C. said it was a crock of shit whatever they’re selling on their blogs and Twitter.

A nice little inquiry into how certain pieces of court evidence ….

I may make the folder public after these criminals are put away as an example of what not to do to private citizens. It’s a folder of evidence, not the wild stories that hold no evidence you currently are being fed. It will probably be useful to those interested in filing civil suits of their own after the FBI lays down the criminal smack.

Thank you for the tape recordings. I’m sure the media would love to hear those. The FBI has been given first honors.

They will find all of you.

Make sure you throw this latest the feds way.

Enlightening to say the least although we should have seen more guts like that Shadow guy and Mackhurt whatever the hell name that was ––case-of-the-mondays

Loved the part where Rauhauser praised Brooks Bayne. Anyone see the emails where Brooks swiped evidence against Rauhauser’s kids and emailed him with it? Rauhauser claimed his kids (that he never supported and hasn’t seen in years) were under attack but here he is praising his fellow deadbeat dad after Brooks attacks his son about his drugs and alcohol habits. Rauhauser, you’re a fucking phoney. And Brooks, you’re a fucking jew-hater, money-scammer and criminal just like the evidence against you reveals.

Also loved the part where someone got in Rauhauser’s face to say he admitted he was the alias behind the anti-Breitbart site. Really confirms what was given to Breitbart when he asked for it.

I hope you both see a jail cell soon.

    • 3 Xerthus November 23, 2012 at 3:03 AM

Release it and to hell with whoever doesn’t like it.

  2. 4 Magoo February 17, 2012 at 8:00 PM

Ron, are you going on record to say that Twittergate, the culling of people as domestic terrorists is a joke? Just wondering….

I think this entire thread is indicative of a pattern now that Rauhauser is continuing his threats and there is a NJ court case going on. Maybe you guys should think about sending them to Mike’s TIP line instead so he can have his lawyer look at it. Then you can’t be accused of misreporting while some people stamp domestic terrorism accusations with the freedom of speech approval, but you’re not entitled to that same freedom of speech, even though you were there and witnessed it and have evidence to share.

  3. 5 Noodles February 17, 2012 at 6:06 PM

“neither of these things apply to Neal and the beandogs ”

Well, I guess that’s that. lol

    • 6 Magoo February 17, 2012 at 8:07 PM

also see “huh? talk about long winded convolution….”

Then don’t freakin question him, Ron! Talk about asking for more, getting it and trying to take a shot at the response. He’s not on trial here and you’re NOT the judge!

  4. 7 Cheeze-Whiz February 17, 2012 at 5:49 PM

BS, Ron. People are coming here and repeating what Rauhauser wrote. You’re the only one making excuses for him and putting words in their mouths. The tweet speaks for itself. Rauhauser stated he was trainer/coordinator/developer of methods. I must make sure I quote that right or someone will call the inflation police and threaten to sue me. /snort

    • 8 Ron Brynaert February 17, 2012 at 6:48 PM

Sorry, Cheeze-Whiz, but Mike Stack getting swatted is a crime.

Someone I never heard of getting told that an abortion was paid for in their name is not a crime.

Offensive tweets aren’t illegal, either, nor do they make you a criminal, as some trolls would have you believe.

And anyone who still wants to pretend that I’m working with Neal Rauhauser remains a liar or an idiot.

      • 9 Incognito November 12, 2012 at 8:55 AM

On the contrary, planned harassment (what you like to call ‘menacing’ when you cry it’s done to you) of the sort they engaged in WAS and IS illegal. Free speech does not extend to threats against people’s family, nor to lewd or suggestive comments directed at a person.

Agreed. ” do unto thee, but dare not to me”

  5. 11 Ed Harrison February 17, 2012 at 4:02 PM

There is no evidence that these beandogs are a long-standing group or that they even knew each other. The Australia article is misleading on that point as well. It implies that an established group outside of the others were solely responsible and that’s simply not what happened.

The facts in the saved snippets tell a different story. Beginning with articles written by Mr. Rauhauser, the real evidence is in the fact that it was he who planned out the menacing, encouraging and directing others on the particulars he wanted to see happen to people who participated in the Tea Party. Of that, we see much evidence but not of the beandogs who appear and then follow an outline which was put into place by Mr. Rauhauser in the form of detailed, written directives we find penned by him with no objection to what followed.

I disagree that the focus should be placed on a group labeled “beandogs” when what I saw were many others who engaged in this activity besides those who donned the legume avatars. Mr. Rauhauser himself pondered exchanging the masked male avatar for the cartoonish bean and several others who used the latter destroyed their accounts after the project was publicized. I believe the article you cite would have you focus there which is disingenuous because it does not take into account the projects written and devised elsewhere that make no mention of “beandogs”. So yes, they are a part of it, but not the whole.

I also take issue with the word “joke” if we’re going in the direction of being a stickler with the vocabulary and buying into certain journalists who offered excusable conclusions that to my comprehension, relieve Mr. Rauhauser of responsibility. As well, I believe the word “led” is a poor choice of words. I would have used “mutual following” instead due to mechanics of Twitter, a social concept well known to like-minded individuals who join each other to converse on a topic of mutual interest.

Further, I did not choose “conspiracy” either. I favored “collusion” when describing the scenes where any rational person would get the impression that something else was going on behind the public spectacles and I provided two examples of that. By Mr. Rauhauser’s own admission, he referred to himself as the trainer, coordinator, and developer of methods in the pursuit of civil and criminal penalties he was looking to build a case for and then leave it up to the attorneys who laid in wait, which he claimed were watching what was going on. Who were those people? The premise is a premeditation of guilt with a desire to entrap them legally of events which had not yet transpired.

The social engineering tricks here are vast but none so far-fetched as the recent claim by Mr. Rauhauser that he intends to sue because he believes that the person behind unmasking his disguise is Mandy Nagy’s sister and appears to believe that a way to Mr. Breitbart is via that avenue. He attempts to connect dots to cases and people that are just not there. This is not the real muddling of issues? James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles too? Look at the cases he attempts to connect that have no basis in fact and then look to how he portrayed Mike Stack as an extension of those that he claims are part of this imagined conspiracy. These are no doubt conjured tales of which he provides no evidence whatsoever and that would never stand the patience of the courts or those future victims who have a legal recourse not to tolerate such reckless accusations. Have you read this by chance?

  6. 13 AfterShock February 17, 2012 at 2:05 AM

Ron, why are you focused on how far back he colluded with the beandogs when the facts are he did collude with them (and others) when they said he did?

His tweets made the claim that he was the trainer and organizer, no one else made that claim besides Rauhauser. No one else is sending comments to wordpress from but him.

It really pisses me off that people on television, radio and the internet felt that Anthony Weiner deserved a congressional investigation but find a guy doing this sort of crap that has a social media business for politicians and no one says boo. Now he’s out there trying to shut up Mike from clearing his name from the lies he helped spread, and one of those ways was to send messages from a House of Representatives ID. I’m at a loss for words how some people look at themselves in the mirror and think this is acceptable behavior.

    • 14 Ron Brynaert February 17, 2012 at 3:43 AM

“Ron, why are you focused on how far back he colluded with the beandogs when the facts are he did collude with them (and others) when they said he did?”

I focus like a laser on certain words…such as collude…when usually means something illegal and done in secret…and neither of these things apply to Neal and the beandogs so, again, I question why the waters always seem to get muddied.

      • 15 Ed Harrison February 17, 2012 at 5:23 AM

They apply. Collude = done in secret. It’s a justified descriptor if you have the evidence to back it up. What muddy waters? These are facts.

are you seriously arguing public tweets – many of which appear to be jokes – are evidence of secret conspiracies? that makes no sense….

I keep asking for evidence and facts but I’ve yet to see any that prove Neal led the Beandogs which is a charge constantly pushed…. Until that is proven, no one should be muddying the waters by saying it. I had this same argument with someone 6 months ago.

There is plenty of evidence and proof Neal engaged in harassment with the beandogs in september and onwards of 2010, but not before. And it’s tiresome to be told that I’m focusing on something irrelevant when my whole point is that people should stop saying Neal led the beandogs if there is no proof.

  7. 17 Grannysmith February 16, 2012 at 1:54 PM

Go look through that! The nonsense talk that the teaparty is the KKK with linkbacks to Crooks and Liars and a Youtube video that defended Neal Rauhauser and dragged Greg Howard’s children through the mud. These are the same people who are horrified if you even mention that Neal has two children, pictures of which Neal offered himself while admitting he didn’t pay child support. No, you can’t repeat that about them, they’ll call it threatening Neal’s children, but they can do things like this and think nothing of it. Then they will tell you how they care about society and oh! the poor children! Does this look like anyone who cares about children to you?

Does it strike anyone as odd that @ronbryn is tweeting proof that linksback to Neal bragging about hitting his ex-wife? Neal is a self-righteous fraud who carries out vicious lies to the brink by courting leftist supporters to search anything in your background that they can exploit. I am no fan of dead-beat dads, women-abusers or most of these chest-pounding tweeters, but clean up your own house before you judge @Neal_Rauhauser! And that goes for your potty-mouth supporters too.

  8. 19 Joshua February 16, 2012 at 1:21 AM

This is what you had to put up and he’s talking lawsuit? Some nerve and fat chance at that. He has been cached all over. I suppose he will sue favstar for ruining his reputation along with the threats to sue everyone else who hold a very long dossier on this guy and his bullying. How would you like some masked asshole running around twitter all day long with nothing better to do than claim you’re part of a paid GOP inside job or that he’s got 5 lawyers lined up waiting to drag you into court because he thinks it’s funny to shut people up and connect them to boogeymen of his own warped imagination.

Take a look at some of what you missed.

Does anyone else notice that he’s now out there preaching civil disobedience and writing how-to’s on it? The Tea Party wasn’t out there wreaking any of the havoc he did.

I hope his side kick @OccupyRebellion gets hauled into jail for calling the police “dirty cops” every single day of the week too and libeling others every chance it gets. He’s joined at the hip with that lunatic liar.

  9. 20 Ryan February 15, 2012 at 10:48 PM

The case was easy to find online, but someone seemed to be having trouble finding it. Some hacker he turned out to be.

  10. 21 Ryan February 15, 2012 at 10:47 PM

A lawyer, “Aaron Worthing,” filed a civil suit in Virginia against Neal, Ron, & Bret. Neal’s tweeted about that case, as did Ron. Neal seems to be saying that there are criminal accusations in the civil case and that the case isn’t properly constructed, so that, because Aaron is a lawyer, the judge will look more unfavorably on him for filing such a case than he would on a non-lawyer. General stupidity.

    • 22 Cheeze-Whiz February 15, 2012 at 11:20 PM

Ryan, that’s not Mike’s case. Mike’s case is in NJ and he has no involvement in the VA case at all. In NJ, there’s both a criminal matter and civil matter going on. He messed with cops there or something. Mike knows the whole story.

It’s a valid tweet that existed. I checked for it too when I read that. I’m looking at the FBI claims he made just prior to posting that. I’m throwing them into the questions I have regarding use of a government IP. It begs the question, what does “ours (sic) stuff” mean? His business didn’t exist in 2009 but Infragard did. I’m not a tin-foil hat guy, but I am checking the associations he’s made himself and I’m not liking it.

Neal didn’t seem to really get his paws into netrootsy trickster stuff until yearly kos in pittsburgh in August of 2009 (the only yearly kos i ever attended and conspiracy theorists can note that i stayed in the same hotel where the wackadoos planned their imaginary union to menace and trick conservatives)

I was packing to leave Massachusetts on New Year’s Day, bound for my brother’s house in Missouri. The phone rang and a quick conversation ensued – one day of consulting in eastern Illinois, would I take it? I’d recovered somewhat from Lyme thanks to treatment in the fall and I was delighted to go back, if even for a day.

I resurfaced again 55 days later with Renewable Fertilizer, Regional Vegetables, having worked about 700 hours patching up an ISP that had been neglected by the previous engineer for a couple of years. It was a close run thing, but the plant now runs as well as can be expected for something built of equipment six to nine years old. That one day job mutated into permanent part time with a living wage and time to do other things.

The first other thing I did was scoot off to DC for the A New Climate For Energy: EIA 2009 Conference. I got to meet Robert Rapier and I spent a good amount of time back in Massachusetts with Peacerunner.

May 11th was a landmark day for me – the second revision of the National Renewable Ammonia Architecture was published. Expanded from 2,500 to 6,500 words and being nearly complete, in my estimation, and I began looking for outlets beyond The Oil Drum. I was introduced to the Illinois Institute of Rural Affairs and a 2,000 word policy briefing on renewable ammonia should be one of the first things I announce on the energy front in January or February of 2010.

Equally momentous, although not recognized at the time was the March 22nd Reputation Economics (Following Markos’s Tweets), which I wrote in an attempt to expand upon Scout Finch’s Twittering Class, an introduction of the Kossack leadership currently on Twitter. I’ve long been a fan of Bruce Sterling, who coined the phrase “reputation economics”, but I never dreamed where it would lead.

I believe the first time I ever wrote anything about unions was June 22nd’s Weapons Of Mouse Destruction, a tribute to felis cattus laboricus, the working shop cat. The International Brotherhood of Shop Pooties diary series never really took off, but the pooties returned later for a key role in the story of 2009.

I was busy the whole summer and finally got free in the fall for Netroots Nation 2009. I traveled to Pittsburgh on the Capitol Limited, sharing a sleeper car with Kossack Ben Masel. The convention itself was good, but the events of the final hours while we stragglers awaited our trains may have been a game changer: the creation of the Blog Workers Industrial Union. Credit for the old time sounding name goes to Ben but the organization, now at 158 members, wouldn’t be where it is today without the tireless duo of Spedwybabs and the curiously named AndSarahToo. `

The initial thought behind the union, namely that we’d punk wingnuts with a fake labor dispute with George Soros, rapidly fell by the wayside; there were simply too many people out of work and too much opportunity to not put it to work.

First came ProgressivePST, a social media consulting venture focused on Progressive Democrats. No mere theory, the first checks from paying campaigns began drifting in right before Christmas. Kossack AnotherMassachusettsLiberal, having his green building materials store bowled over by the housing downturn, has launched Peanut Butter PAC. The union is going to get behind this – it’s amazingly convenient to have someone pop up ready to do something we’ve been needing as part of the overall organizational ecosystem.

Many of the accounts that were filed by Neal R. as beandogs have disappeared since the scandal broke. Birbick provides no evidence or explanation of where they came. For a practical joke claim summoned out of thin air, perhaps Mr. Birbick might explain why the list I’m holding in front of me, entitled “Beandog Militia” from the WingnutWatch account, contains many political activists, some of which are currently enjoining Mr. Rauhauser in renewed friendship conversations prompted by him last I looked.

May I also remind the audience that the story does not just include this beandog group but various other groups well known to Mr. Rauhauser. To focus squarely on the few stragglers who joined as menacing followers is more than dishonest reporting, it’s deceptive.

I see this article as nothing more than a cover-up to explain away the damage done to many victims who never get named alongside Greg Howard, such as Mr. Schlenker who was tormented unmercifully together with many, many others I can provide the names of.

We wrote about this extensively on Free Republic. Many conservatives have accounts there and were attacked other than Greg Howard by this obscenely pornographic group of thugs who often wrote about killing conservatives.

What you’re pointing out only demonstrates that Neal Rauhauser is a hypocrite. He claims these people are a separate entity that he got caught up in. He acts innocent, but the truth is that he chose to solicit and participate in their goal towards tormenting conservatives and from the looks of it, he hasn’t stopped yet. He stated that he came out in force in the Spring of 2010. They were engaging in this activity long after March, 2010 when Neal Rauhauser chose to make a coalition out of it that included various like-minded groups. My recollection is that he laughed and thought the entire idea was brilliant and volunteered himself to be the organizer. When it was exposed for the filth it was he still continued to attack. Out of the other side of his mouth, he demands the victims go away and has conjured up numerous lies to reverse the blame. Now it is in the hands of a NJ Court and I’m glad to finally see that.

Not once did Neal Rauhauser see the hypocrisy of their pornographic-laced tone while falsely accusing someone else of being in the porn industry with the intention of falsely tying him into setting up Anthony Weiner.

It is unfortunate that Mike Stack would bear the final calamity that bore down on his real life and caused him so much grief and is now having to find recourse through the courts, but let this be a lesson to those who are the mentors and schemers of such abuse. If a Republican had done this, you would never hear the end of it, would you?

citing the part where N.Rahauser stated they came out in full force in the Spring of 2010.

Quoting in part, “Neal-thug also said on the morning of 9/11 that he wished a plane would fly into the FoxNews building. THIS is when I blocked him.”

      • 35 Ron Brynaert February 17, 2012 at 1:01 AM

That is some serious misinfo you are peddling. Why?

“He stated that he came out in force in the Spring of 2010.”

“citing the part where N.Rahauser stated they came out in full force in the Spring of 2010.”

“We arrived as a force on the national scene in the spring of 2010, participating in many high visibility House primary races, landing our first Senate campaign in Arizona, and gathering resources needed to support various initiatives.”

You are making it seem like you provided proof Neal was running the Beandog Militia then….when there is absolutely no proof of that. I don’t understand why you keep insisting that there is evidence Neal controls the beandogs when it seems like he glommed on after they were already menacing conservatives…

There is more than enough evidence that Neal did vile things with the beandogs but to keep insisting that Neal ran a group that appears to be in Australia seems to play along with his libel suit. Accusing him of something he didn’t do allows him to say the whole thing is bunk.

        I’m just saying.

Neal was promoting them as early as October of 2010 but is there any proof that shows he was connected to the beandogs prior to their harassment in Twittergate starting? – Ron Brynaert

Rauhauser created the account Wingnutwatch on August 31, 2010. He schemed to portray simple protesters as domestic terrorists with a goal to tie them up in court on frivolous and bogus charges in an attempt to dox and intimidate them into silence. He assumed they were no more than “janitors” without experience past a “parking ticket”. Those are the people he targets.

He made a coordinated effort to go after the Tea Party since at least the inception of Wingnutwatch. He publicly promoted that effort on NetVibes, Flickr, Twitter, Daily Kos, Open Left, etc. to orchestrate this plan with the help of others who avatared themselves as beandogs. See also: #sleepers Twitter hashtag. These are serious First Amendment violations that have severe penalties. Twitter themselves should be worried since the facts also show that many complaints were made to them in violation of the law too and those accounts are still active. There’s a lot going on here with many victims well into Weinergate, which was next and then onto his present involvement with Anonymous.

What became disturbing was to find out that Rauhauser had a business doing social media work for democratic candidates while engaging in all this other crap. What was to follow after that was that there’s now evidence that he’s using IPs from government computers and was part of Project Vigilant but is a hacker wearing a Guy Fawkes mask in recent pictures, and that’s pretty important. In fact, it’s major. It means there may be people involved in this who legally shouldn’t be besides him. The question for us was, for how long and that’s what we’re writing these scripts to find out. Last night we came up with a list a mile long that someone who has the history of them needs to go through to rule out any false positives. You could probably help with that one. Erasing tracks as Rauhauser is doing now also proves a motive to cover up known malice.

I don’t get the impression that he’d go near a court room with this. He’s actually lucky that no one has sued him until now. He’s making libelous claims with a known pattern of trying to attract people to do the harassment he seeks. It was the beandogs who joined him in 2010 along with many others who have since steered far clear of him. He’s now looking for replacements with Kenneth Lipp types on Twitter (hosting his files for him), Infragard, Anonymous, etc. The script analyses get very deep.

We’ll try to work up a graph that explains this better, but proving that he was tied to beandogs before Twittergate is not the goal. You have to prove he was part of the activity they engaged in and he was. He orchestrated every detail of it right down to advertising for them in a knowing they were vulgar, asinine bullies. As for Rauhauser, his goal was to drag them into courts and even fantasized about taking all their money. That’s extortion. Let’s not even get into the emails we’ve received intimidating his victims with how versed he is with guns. How stupid and nuts is that? The man is not stable and calls you a loose canon while literally hunting down political opposites. I think he ultimately wants you on his new “team” of bullies and hoping you’ll come around.

Once the judge understands the pattern here, he’ll understand why Mike Stack was next on the list, was accused of being behind Weinergate, a crime he didn’t commit, and continues to be harassed just because he’s trying to clear his name and fighting back.

X0pht and IfThenElse were up until 3am writing up scripts to generate the charts they’ll then give to the cops. (sorry Neal, those are perfectly legal) We’ve already produced a names list with aliases. I’ll see how they’re doing later tonight with reference to your beandog question but I’d say that’s trivial compared to what was found overall.

      • 48 Martha February 11, 2012 at 8:17 AM

        There are 2 twitter accounts:

Old, without underscore, has been protected for a long time. He says it’s for “friends & family”

New, with underscore, was unprotected except for a brief period yesterday when it was apparently protected (I never assume that we know what causes things to appear certain ways on twitter, because twitter does have frequent glitches), so testeux1 was correct about it at the time of his/her post above. Now it’s unprotected again.

This doesn’t include, of course. all his other twitter accounts.

  22. 49 X0pht February 9, 2012 at 5:22 PM

    Found this. Interesting, eh?

[edited the first part out because we are using the info too]

If you will, note the status identity of this page. It originally belonged to the WeOccupyAmerica account. /weoccupyamerica/status/125416516043808768 — That account was renamed earlier from P2Hub.

There also seems to be a pattern here that was seen during Twittergate where Rauhauser causes the trouble, then tries to weasel out when he knows the heat is coming down for it. Here, you see him putting all the pawns in place and having a convenient excuse to get out just before the midnight arrests take place. I don’t have time to include all the organizing beforehand that took place, but you’ll get the idea.

[last part to be confirmed Friday, wink wink?]

Is this guy on the lam? I mean is law enforcement looking for him? His posts…sometimes…make it seem like he’s trying to hide out (but from law or victims?)…and other posts suggest similar. Who knows?

And this MD case from this morning in which he was the defendant and the “final” hearing date was pushed into next week…..and he’s childishly “lolzing” about as epic…. what happened?

    • 54 Alicia February 8, 2012 at 9:39 PM

As of yesterday, he’s hiding his location from both law enforcement and his victims. The MD case has little if anything to do with what’s happening in NJ. When I asked in chat earlier, I was told that Mike didn’t know what was going on with the cases in MD. He has a full plate in NJ. The common denominator is that NRauhauser is involved with both so it kinda spills over to here. My guess is that Neal won’t be “lolzing” it up with regard to the outcome in NJ. He’ll concentrate elsewhere to play it down and avoid talking about it. I hope we’ll hear more once Mike gets clearance from his lawyer.

    and this one:

    • 59 X0pht February 8, 2012 at 8:08 PM

All it proves is that this is what happens when you don’t agree with Neal Rauhauser. A re-enactment of his games seen in Twittergate are played out all over again. Notice that he wants Ron Brynaert’s address while bragging no one can find him? The hypocrisy is nauseating.

  27. 63 testeux1 February 8, 2012 at 7:19 PM

priceless. he is out of the loop ;-)

” @Neal_Rauhauser @SabzBrach Ah, but these kooks are often tools used to torment activists. It’s a pattern we’ve seen the last two years. “

    • 64 Xerthus February 8, 2012 at 7:43 PM

The pattern here is that Rauhauser went after conservatives who participated in the Tea Party movement. He portrayed them as domestic terrorists and wanted them arrested. It backfired on him. The Tea Party did not break any laws during their protests and went the hell home when the event was over. Online they told the truth about his involvement in tormenting them and now he wants revenge because he doesn’t like the fallout of truth.

Anonymous walks into the picture a year later, Rauhauser co-opts that and is still gunning for conservatives while Anonymous sits there and says nothing along with the lame-stream-media.

  28. 65 testeux1 February 8, 2012 at 6:11 PM

the fact neal laugh in his twitter timeline indicate he is afraid, just saying ;-)

  29. 67 Sean TRPWL February 8, 2012 at 6:08 PM

Neal is not ANON, hes not a hacker and he works for no one..he has no money, he simply uses free net and does his bidding like that..i can go to my city hall and use its service simply…Psst, Hey Neal, your still my bitch,,and guess what, your net theft only does one thing for me..It tells me were ur at..

    • 68 Xerthus February 8, 2012 at 7:33 PM

It doesn’t matter. Rauhauser has taken on the role of an Anon and plugged himself as a hacker among them who holds a place in their history. Rauhauser is the one who encouraged them to hate every cop just doing his job. That’s a fact that can be proven. Also proven is the fact that Anonymous took that bait and did Rauhauser’s bidding. Later, Rauhauser turned them in for doing exactly what he encouraged them to do. Now he sits back and flames the hackers who broke into databases and listed every name, address, email and password they could find. This is why Boston PD is pissed. The subpoena from Boston was for doxcak3 and anonpoison. He uses them, they do his bidding and not so long as 5 minutes ago, he’s at it again with this:!/Neal_Rauhauser/statuses/167361900764594176

Anonymous has done nothing to detach themselves publicly from his witch hunt against conservatives and conservatives feel the majority of Anonymous are liberals out to get them because they agree with Rauhauser’s politics and turn a blind eye to the hypocritical damage Rauhauser has done that they claim to be fighting against.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve only seen one Twitter response washing his hands clean of Rauhauser and that was from @AnonymouSabu. The rest of them say nothing.

I think it goes beyond partisan favorites because it would seem that whoever, including a liberal like @ronbryn, when calling out Neal Rauhauser, this is the resulting threat.

If this is the message Anonymous is sending that people can expect when they don’t agree, Anonymous is no less a party to the tyranny they claim to oppose and more will leave the fray of that label and become their enemies.

Let the weak follow Rauhauser but don’t expect him to go down with your Lulzboat. It won’t happen. He will save himself and drown every doxcak3 he can find. Take a lesson from what happened to Mike Stack or keep sticking your ignorant heads in the sand. When they show up in riot gear at your door with Neal’s calling card in their hands, don’t complain Anonymous.

  30. 70 Emma February 8, 2012 at 5:14 PM

AfterShock, thanks for answering. I’d like to follow up.

    A. To be clear, I wasn’t being critical here. DOXUM had said that everyone should send this to every congressman. I was simply saying that the “Dear Congresmen” post wasn’t simple and clear enough to be sent to members of congress yet. I doubt most of them (except, perhaps, ex-congressman Weiner) would understand its technical meaning in this form. The post also contained sarcasm regarding the things that TCW was falsely accused of…and sarcasm is easily misunderstood. That’s all. I do think the appearance of a cyber bad guy hacking the House (or whatever this is) would be big news. I’m just saying someone, a journalist or strong blogger, should lay it out very clearly.

    B. Thanks for explaining and pointing me to the Wiki article. I don’t understand everything down to the fine details, but it was interesting. I was going to ask if it was a VPN but didn’t want to ask about something that I don’t completely understand, even if I get the general idea of what that is. I had to ask before the term was used. Nevertheless, my questions were in earnest and not idiotic, and not meant to be insulting or critical in any way. (I’m the person who’s not in the IT department who knows more computer stuff than the other people who aren’t in the IT department, if you know what I mean.)

Now the prankster is “claiming” that he hacked the House or something on Twitter, which means he probably didn’t.!/Neal_Rauhauser/status/167320912176222209

    C. Before this post was forwarded to every member of congress and the media, I thought TCW might want to swap that word out, that’s all. A brainchild isn’t a person.

Regarding my message approval question, it wasn’t about me. (I know I’m not logged in and that my messages are all screened by TCW.) It was about the image that was posted in the original post. It appears that the comment from TGC had to be manually reviewed by TCW. AfterShock, you say yours don’t have to be, which is what I might expect if you are logged into WordPress. I wondered why TGC’s would have to be approved when TGC was apparently logged into WordPress at the time (TGC’s name was hotlinked and his profile pic came up, indicating he was logged in….if he weren’t logged in, then anyone at the House could have just typed in his name, email address, and URL, pretending to be him.). So I still don’t understand.

    Thanks again.

  31. 71 Rene February 8, 2012 at 2:48 PM

They’re chuckling about the MD court hearing today. The court’s site had today as final hearing, but now it says today is temp and final set for February 16th.

  32. 72 IfThenElse February 8, 2012 at 1:55 PM

My guess is he’ll try to claim victory with the beef someone else had with him and make it look like he got over in your case. It’s not true. You did great yesterday even if you can’t get into details. So you may want to make it clear he lost where you’re concerned at the very least so people don’t get the idea from his lies that you didn’t do good in court. He’s out there laughing it up.!/Neal_Rauhauser/status/167302384589094913

Make it clear. That comment does not concern what happened in court yesterday in your case against Neal Rauhauser. Your case has nothing to do with the Maryland court system or any of those people Rauhauser is trying to connect you to. Then make a note when he tries to connect you to them again as a point for damages down the road. It’s imperative your lawyer conveys that point to the judge. You were being deceptively connected to the people Rauhauser can’t stand from the start and you need to point out the recurring writings about that to your lawyer so he knows how to proceed from here.

In the Daily Kos link at the bottom, Rauhauser quotes the infamous Anonymous slogan,

    We are Anonymous.

    We are Legion.

    We do not forgive.

    We do not forget.

    Expect us.

He’s wearing that Anonymous V for Vendetta Fawkes mask in his WordPress avatar. He also claims to work for 40 congressional staffers, is a hacker, talks to the FBI regularly, including a former federal prosecutor and is a member of Infragard. All he does with those positions is attack conservatives and threatens cabincrew on them. So much for Anonymous caring for people’s “rights”. It’s all BS. I guess Anonymous is nothing but a left-wing attack puppet with a spokesperson who writes for the Huffington Post.

I’m starting to believe this Anonymous thing is nothing but an inside job.

Every one of you should start sending this piece to every congressman out there and demand they go find out who’s behind it. If they’re going to be that ballsy and brag about being the government now, we need some answers.

Hey there . Had to moderate your last comment. Will explain in a bit

      A three-parter:

An experienced writer should summarize it before anyone sends it to congress…strike the sarcasm, give a brief explanation of what’s going on & present the evidence, because it isn’t self-explanatory.

But first, some questions about how this works:

Does the photo and hotlinked username mean that some person was logged into a wordpress account and was physically at the House when this was sent?
Can an IP be spoofed like that from another location?
Is there a public WiFi network at the House or some affiliated House office building that anyone could log onto with a smartphone?
Does the House have some kind of network that members and staffers can access remotely when they’re at home or travelling that would put the IP into a message that someone tried to post?
Do all messages posted on this blog go through an approval by the blog admin, even for posters who are logged into a wordpress account? (It seems to be so.)

      And, lastly,

Re: The word “brainchild.” I think of that word as meaning the product or result of creativity & hard work, as in, “Microsoft Windows was Bill Gates’s brainchild.”

Do you mean “whiz kid,” “genius,” “prodigy,” “computer geek,” “mastermind,” or “wunderkind?”

        A. A technical essay was already given to the Capitol Police, the local police and Mike’s lawyer.

        B. This a /16 subnet with no evidence of public access. It’s a VPN. You do not have to be in Washington, D.C. in order to use it, no. If you don’t understand what he’s putting out in the post, you will never understand the technical issues involved. For a brief understanding, see the Wikipedia article he has linked to. It shows how they got busted.

        C. See:

You can try to spoof anything you want but most modern software runs a script that logs the particulars of any visitor in the raw logs. Spoofing government identities, whether by alluding that you’re a government agent or pulling this stunt, you’re in trouble. Either way, they will know what the actual internal IP was and that he did it to try to intimidate Mike, so he’s screwed.

That’s a WordPress feature. If it can’t validate your email, it goes to spam. You probably didn’t use your email and substituted it for a fake one. I can post just fine.
