Again, we are treated to the threat of a lawsuit from Neal Rauhauser. Read his talking points. Then hold your breath and have someone call 911 to resuscitate you. (or, to have a SWAT team show up at your house). Empty threats. My last screen cap sums it all up. His email to the FBI with the information that I was directly involved with the “intrusion” into Anthony Weiner’s Twitter account. As I stated previously, not only did I not have any part of Anthony tweeting his wiener all over the Internet, but the FBI seems to have turned a deaf ear to “the man of a million hats”.
On the other hand,they’ve been quite interested in the goings-on and tribulations that we have experienced these several months. Now, onto the lawsuit that has not yet been “stamped”.
Email to the FBI, urging, with certitude that I am the “fellow” to prosecute. Then publishing the “tidy” little package. That’s not libel, Neal? It’s under your name, your email, your GV number?

Her actions were done per the instructions of those authorities, as a direct result of your threats and stalking. I’m sure they’ll see where the pattern lies now and the libel. The more they talk about you and hunting down others, the more they prove this man’s point.
I believe you and the others are the real ones with the law on their side. I also believe that this is why they are trying to have others believe it’s them who has a case. They don’t. They started it. What they’re really trying to do is intimidate you into not filing. The law is on your side, not theirs.
You should think about filing a lawsuit against all of them. Ron hasn’t stopped libeling you yet and he had the nerve to post the article. My first thought was, he should read it and worry.
On Twitter, many are saying that this NGO volunteer that is referred to above uses the Twitter handle @OccupyRebellion. I looked at the feed just now and it’s sending messages to Anonymous and Occupy Wall Street, providing personal information on United States Senators.
The account prides itself in going behind proxy services believing it can’t be sourced. I know a little about these things and can say with certainty that this is absolutely not true. You can be found and you can be prosecuted. This happened in the case where a proxy service by the name of HideMyAss.com revealed the individual that the FBI was looking for.
Given that the SecList.org request portrays that the subject is an NGO volunteer and then seeing the Twitter stream is detrimentally aimed at United States Government Officials, it would seem something funny is going on here.

I do some protective service work, one client is the head of a Washington
D.C. NGO that faced a credible death threat last month. Tonight I received
information that the source of this threat traced one of the NGO’s
volunteers to her home address via Comcast IP, and the location is a
relatively short drive away from a man who was arrested last month for
criminal harassment almost five hundred miles from his home.
I have some genuine concerns for the physical safety of this Comcast
customer, and I’d like to talk to someone immediately. We’ve got an annoyed
FBI agent who will confirm the back story on this Monday, but the subjects
know they’re under some sort of investigation and I’m afraid of what might
happen if further info leaks over the weekend.

they have to speak to Comcast, especially if it involves a threat to
life and safety. Asking on NANOG for a Comcast contact to give you

It’s still very amusing that people thought Weiner’s account was hacked. Like that was a sane explanation for some pretty easily explained behavior (a weird congressman being a pervert)
And that’s supposedly enough to get the heavy hand of the law to out people after a long campaign of harassing such people IRL?

Pretend there was a series of identity thefts. Someone kept stealing the credit card numbers of everyone Bob disagrees with. Suddenly, someone criticizes Bob in a way that hits very close to the mark, and Bob respond by saying this person is really an multidimensional alien from the year 1776 and lo and behold, Bob needs their credit card number to prove it.
Could that kind of effort be any more transparent?
A series of attacks have occurred to those who can be identified with addresses and phone numbers. It was never about Anthony Weiner. That was an ad hoc and lame justification to dupe morons and justify attacks. That’s why these people want, more than anything else, names and addresses. They aren’t interested in an online debate. They don’t even care about politics very much.
This is about Brett Kimberlin and his associates shutting down criticism. That’s why the most reliable way to see who is a ‘good guy’ or a ‘bad guy’ is to see who condemns Brett, and who makes excuses for him or asks people to leave him alone, etc etc.
Brett was not acting alone for his crimes, way back when, but he was the fool whose photo wound up on the evidence proving his involvement. I assume he was of low stature in the gang. An expendable bitch, basically. If you hear Brett talk, or see him, this is very easy to imagine.
Now, Brett has learned a lesson, after many years in federal prison, and he’s not going to be the bitch this time. So Ron Brynaert is the guy in the bitch role. I imagine Ron is being paid and praised and yet knows in his heart these people will let him take the fall. I wonder, when that happens, if Ron will be stupid and show loyalty to his associates. I think he will. I think Ron is simply too dominated and weak to think for himself.
Much of this is speculation on my part. I think Ron was paid to follow instructions, and his twitter account was somewhat automated with lots of random crap simply to confuse what, specifically, the point of his behavior was. And when it was time to commit attacks, Ron was selected to be the guy associated with crimes he probably didn’t plan.
I guess they are gearing back up, and I suspect they will continue to be unpredictable so people should remain vigilant.
Sometimes, when Brett Kimberlin is involved, innocent people wind up dead. Cars and gym bags blow up. People get shot in the face. The unexpected targets are libeled from surprising directions.
One doesn’t know of Ron’s involvement , but he sure went out of his way to malign me all summer long. He made it a habit of calling me a stalker, misogynist , a racist, etc., but continues to harass many on twitter. I have emails of him saying many different things that will be coming out in the next few days .
I actually liked the guy for a few weeks, but his fascination with Weiner and Weinergate is troubling.
I am going to release a police report and the copy of the hoax 911 call made on June 23 rd of this year next week.
I’ll preface many thoughts before I do.
During the meeting with our attorneys, there were a couple of legal points made you should probably follow if you haven’t already.
1. Let him know his comments are false and to cease and desist.
2. Let him know that you want no further communications with him.
3. Take precautions you can prove that remove yourself from encouraging attacks.
If he fails to comply, sue his ass. Proclaiming that he’s a “journalist” won’t save him, believe me.
DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!
And regarding Brett – don’t know him, don’t wanna. I’ve been called enough things. I have friends that are connected to porn or enjoy it and that makes me a monster. Imagine if my friends were Neal and his crew???

But there is an “innocent till proven guilty” theme here,even though those idiots do not follow it. I don’t know what Ron does or might have done, but his behavior is suspect.And soon,within a day or so, he will be able to see a police report and hear the call. This applies to Brett too. I do not know him and have had no interactions with him. All I know is what I heard from numerous people and it is sickening to me.
I would say this is for the best what Steve has done to alleviate the stalking situation and probably the same advice the police would give as well.
When it comes to matters of people’s lives at stake because of retribution by a sick jerk, then protecting yourself and your friends is the priority. We can always have them follow up with the criminal end of this and knowing Steve, I’m sure he has it all handled. He knows all the right channels. We have discussed this at length with the attorneys. They are very confident of the outcome and it won’t be in this stalker’s favor.
We have merged the blogs to retain the portions they want kept but somehow WordPress picked it up as a possible compromise by their automated filters.
When I get it straightened out, it should fix that and the asshole who thinks he’s going to continue stalking a girl on Twitter by using us.
See? I just managed to solve the problem of stalker without even calling the police. Imagine what I can do tomorrow once I do.
All I can tell you is, you can’t process serve anyone over the internet. It has to be done by (usually) the Sheriff’s Department, personally, with a name and an address and a damn good reason upheld by a court of law.
He can’t sue you. He can’t sue anyone. He has no case. It’s all a tactic that I’m not making stalking easier for him if I have anything to say about it.
No company is going to release to him any information based on his lies and assumptions in an effort to extort money.

Frankly I don’t see why anyone is giving this turd the time of day. The more attention you give him, the better he likes it. The ZAPEM group has nothing to do with Twitter. Undead Revolution doesn’t do Twitter either.
I have no idea who Seth Allen is. I have no idea who Aaron Worthing is. I have no idea who Mandy Nagy is. So much for the accusations that they are in “cahoots”.
What I see here is a person who antagonized the Tea Party and they and a multitude of others wrote about the facts of said incident. None of which were ever proven non-factual. This is freedom of speech and this person is trying every means possible to stifle the truth rather than prove his innocence, which he never even bothered to try to do despite the offers given to him. Personally, I don’t see that he even can, which is why the harassment to expose victims of it is even more vile. Rauhauser is literally trying to abuse the victim again, after getting away with the initial offense.
When he didn’t succeed in quashing the story he inflicted, he sought out the identities of every person he harmed. This, as Alicia and others have stated numerous times, is illegal. He couldn’t find one identity and stated as much in all his diatribes to date. It is very clear that his motive was and has always been of finding out that last piece of information in order to:
a. Slander;
b. Professional and personal malice;
c. Putting names out into the wild in the hopes someone repeats crimes already done to others or worse;
d. Libel;
e. Admitting to abusing the legal system for malicious and intimidating purposes using false allegations.
f. etc.
This person seems to be obsessed with Andrew Breitbart. That seems to be the ultimate motive and goal here. He accuses everyone and anyone of being in a “Breitbart gang” but doesn’t go after Breitbart personally because he is afraid of him.
In the midst of all this, Andrew Breitbart seems to be in his own little world, ignoring those people who are being accused for something this Rauhauser wants to take out on him via innocent people.
I suggest that Breitbart get off his ass and help defend the Tea Party people he claims to be sticking up for. Or how about the people who were accused of Weinergate that he got the story credit for? I’ve had quite enough of this harassment of people who have a differing political opinion than Neal Rauhauser has, and have to put up with constantly being threatened while no one in media reports it and while they look the other way when innocent people take the fallout for someone else’s wrong doing. Isn’t this the media’s job as well as law enforcement?
Yes. Take this post and stick it to Breitbart’s forehead on Twitter along with the rest of the lawyers and journalists you know there. Tell them to “retweet” it too. And let Rauhauser know I’m definitely calling the FBI and I’ll also be notifying the courthouse in Maryland since you’re alluding to scenarios where a murderer is the one Rauhauser is friends with and getting his coaching from.
This is beyond the pale and extremism at its worse. I suggest you all get on the same team and page and put an end to this nonsense. Testimony in numbers works wonders. It’s getting so that one story bleeds into the other and the only common denominator is Neal Rauhauser. From Twittergate to Weinergate to Anonymous to Occupy Wall Street to going after journalists, security companies, Democrats, Republicans, Independents and everything else in between, Neal Rauhauser’s name is front and center of all of it.
You’re painting the picture of a terrorist whether you realize it or not. Swat teams showing up at people’s houses. Threats, stalking, felons, bogus lawsuits, extortion…. What are we waiting for? Someone to get killed?

I started this blog to bring attention to all the lies,libel and defamation brought on my name since Day One of Anthony Weiner tweeting his Weiner all over the internet. I am posting what I am allowed to and only the truth because I do not want others to tell my story or use what they consider “the facts”. It’s as simple as this: I kept my mouth shut for six months and collected tons of screen shots,emails, and info that people had for me.
I’m tired of keeping my mouth shut.

You can tell Rauhauser that the ZAPEM group has no intention of entertaining his little lawsuit or giving him names of anyone since no one was involved in the blogs or videos he’s so butthurt about and can’t deny he was guilty of. Go take it up with PJTV or whomever. Make sure you include proof that the facts they laid out are untrue too.
I will notify Steve to disable comments since that blog has been abandoned since the 2008 elections and UR isn’t going to get dragged into his stalking search.
I believe that Ron guy is also culpable here since he’s the one who dragged our names into this when all we have done is historical research. This is nothing but a witch-hunt.
As much as Neil would like not to avoid how the law works, he has to prove his allegations and then find himself a process server after a judge approves he’s even got a case. He doesn’t have one. He is stalking a girl on Twitter and using lies to get her harmed. I’m going to let her know so that the proper authorities are notified. I’m sure this illegal what he’s doing.
